Essential features of automotive transport development in Russia

Abstract

Strategic management of the economic systems development is based, first of all, on understanding the essence and directions of the development process, its formation is based on existing strategic documents and trends developed in past periods. Hence, clarification of the key definitions of the development process and description of its trajectory is acquiring particular relevance in the issue of road transport strategic management. The research is based on a scientific literature review, the study of the documents for strategic planning of the Russian Federation, historical and logical methods, methods of description, the axiomatic method and the method of analogy. The article examines the key definitions of development: “development”, “artificial intelligence”, “diffusion of innovations”, “bifurcation point”, clarified their essence from the standpoint of the strategic controlled development of the AT RF, disclosed the main innovative trends in the management of economic systems. The presented conceptual apparatus, the described development trajectory and its forming processes reveal the essence of managed development, providing orientation in the process of forming strategic documents.
