Abstract

The phenomenon of global warming provoked green approach among top managers. Environmental problems caused by human activities have stimulated measures to prevent further damages to the environment; the green approach is among the most important ones. Today, the importance of green management, apart from its benefits in preserving and protecting the environment, is considered as a competitive advantage for organizations that are concerned with improving their name and position. In this regard, the evaluation of green management measures as the primary step in this process has attracted the attention of many researchers. In this research, we intend to provide an appropriate prioritization of these measures, using a survey approach and a combination of ANP and ARAS decision-making techniques. First, the relevant dimensions and indicators were identified by a thorough study of the research literature. Subsequently, with the help of experts, relevant questionnaires were prepared and applied. By collecting data and performing the analysis with the help of the above two techniques, the optimization of water and energy consumption was selected as the best alternative.
