Designing and explaining of transcendental organization model with Islamic approach (Case Study: Higher education institutions in Mashhad) (in Persian)

Abstract

The goal of this study was to present a model with Islamic approach for the organization. To achieve this goal, a conceptual model of research designed. This model includes four latent variables. Each one of these latent variables has observed variables. On the basis of the conceptual model, the questionnaire for the measurements of the variables was composed. The statistic society of this research are higher education institutes in Mashhad. 154 questionnaires were gathered. Using SPSS 16.0 and LISREL 8.50 softwares for statistical analysis of data. The conceptual research model was approved by factor analysis, path analysis and structural equation.
