Abstract

Today, Management researchers and thinkers believe that personnel are the most important source of competitive advantage. They believe that company human capital meets all strategic needs. As result of this belief, parts of human resources develop from performance of full administrative roles to take responsibility of participation in achievement to employment strategies. As result of this evolution, it’s necessary that parts of human capital change the traditional method of personnel appraisal. One of the important processes in the field of human resource performance evaluation system is relying on its new management in planning work, has forced organizations into functional systems, including the multilateral system, 360 degree feedback (multi-party assessment) to move.The aim of this research to managers to achieve attitude determine their fitness level to run the Performance Evaluation System 360 degrees. The major question that is raised is whether the settlement administrators ready to implement performance evaluation systems are 360 degrees have? According to the scientific research division of the target, the type of research is applied research and process of operation, a descriptive study of the type of research - is survey. The main tool is the questionnaire data from Friedman test statistics and T-test was used. According to the results became clear managers ready to implement 360 degree feedback systems are not entitled.
