Abstract

I chose this topic because it is a topic that affects the population and lack of jobs reduces people's income and thus consumption becomes increasinglyn smaller. The necessity of this article is given to the evolution of the political, socioeconomic background of developments in the phenomenon, based on a number of nfactors. The objective of this article is to present an analysis of the phenomenon in the period before the economic crisis and during the period affected by the global crisis.
