Abstract

The article examines the problems, the solution of which requires actualization and redefinition of the concept "workplace" both in the area of the Labour and Social Security Law as well as in other legal branches. The authors make actual legal analysis of some of the flexible forms of employment with a view to derive marks for the needs of the notion "work from home", as well as to justify the need of actualization and supplement of the norms, related to "workplace".
