Abstract

Исследование посвящено анализу концепции «справедливого перехода» в Казахстане с опорой на международный опыт и возможностью его адаптации к национальным социально-экономическим и институциональным условиям. Особое внимание уделяется роли государства и корпоративного сектора в разработке и практической реализации инклюзивных климатических стратегий, основанных на принципах ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). В работе рассматриваются успешные международные практики таких стран, как Германия, Польша, Испания, Чили, Китай и Бельгия, с целью определения их применимости в казахстанском контексте. Кроме того, исследование включает анализ опыта стран Центральной Азии, что позволяет сопоставить региональные подходы и определить общие вызовы и возможности в процессе декарбонизации. Исследование не ограничивается теоретическим анализом, предлагая конкретные механизмы реализации, применимые для национальной климатической политики Казахстана в условиях перехода к низкоуглеродному развитию.
