Financing Of The Social Protection System In Romania

Abstract

During this paper I tried to emphasize which was the evolution of the resources granted to the social protection from the state budget. I start by pointing the main parts of the national social protection system and after that then I took into analyze the amounts distributed year by year. To complete the analyze I bear in mind the financial situation of the system, the evolution of the Romanian GDP, the evolution of the purchasing power, the total income and expenditure of social protection in GDP and finally I gave some hypothesis regarding the overall organization of the system. Also, on basis of the information provided by the state institutions, I manage to give some solution to the problems which the system faces.
