Abstract

The current, unfolding, financial recession has greatly affected almost all countries regardless of the level of economic development. Unlike prior situations, the economic crisis that broke out in the late 2008 began in developed countries later spreading to the rest of the world. Its effects are still being felt, and any upward worldwide trend is not expected in the near future, regardless of various optimistic economic projections.
