Liberalismul In Doctrina Economica Universala Si Romaneasca

Abstract

Le libéralisme, comme nouvelle orientation théorique et pratique, a pris forme graduellement; il n’est pas uniquement une doctrine qui repose sur une politique économique et sociale libérale. Au XVIIIe st XIXe siècles, le libéralisme s’est manifesté dans sa forme classique, qui soutient l’inviolabilité de la propriété privée; la possibilité d’exprimer librement la personnalité humaine; la confiance en tout ce qui signifie capacité des gens de réaliser quelque chose d’utile pour eux et pour la société; la stimulation et la protection des institutions et des politiques qui permettaient la mise en pratique des trois premiers principes. Le libéralisme roumain se base sur les principes du libéralisme universel, qu’il a acceptés mais adaptés dans une forme spécifique. Ces principes ont représenté le point de départ de l’analyse du libéralisme roumain faite par les auteurs de cette période-là. La conclusion que l’on peut dégager est que, bien que le libéralisme roumain s’inspire des principes du libéralisme européen, on peut identifier un fort caractère national.
