Abstract

In the contemporary economy, financing is a major problem regardless of the nature and size of the organisation. Within the financing policies the cost of capital and the financing decision suppose a profound analysis on which depends the success of the business performed by the organisation. The financial theories offer a total view of the manner in which the cost of capital is seen at the firm level. The financing problem is intensely debated in the case of the transnational companies where the analyses supposes the identification of the lowest financing costs, so the company must opt for internal financing or external financing, therefore the own capital and attracted capital.
