Abstract

The factors influencing human resource planning are the organization, the internal environment, the human resources policies and processes, as well as the external environment of the organization, the labor market, geographic features and types of jobs. Our research has as objective the critical analysis of the specialized literature in the field of human resources management. Our quests have highlighted the fact that for human health organizations the process of recruiting human resources is effective if it is accompanied by feasible career development plans.
