El medio rural andaluz frente a la crisis económica: un análisis de los factores de resiliencia territorial

Abstract

Este trabajo pretende identificar, en el contexto actual de crisis económica, los factores asociados a la resiliencia territorial en el medio rural andaluz. Para ello se ha diseñado una metodología que, aplicada en dos períodos de tiempo (2000-2008 y 2008-2012), permite, por una parte, y mediante un enfoque Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), identificar territorios que han experimentado procesos de cambio resilientes, y por otra determinar la influencia que un amplio rango de factores territoriales tienen sobre dicha resiliencia. Los resultados alcanzados pueden proporcionar información útil para el diseño de políticas que permitan una mejor respuesta de los territorios rurales frente a la crisis.
