Abstract

Without beautiful countryside, there will be no beautiful China. The family farm is a beautiful scene in the construction of new socialist countryside. However, the construction of family farms just starts in China. It still remains at pilot and fumbling stage. There are still mainly unfavorable factors including separate land, insufficient funds, lack of security for farmers, lack of talents, and service lagging behind. On the basis of analyzing various weak points, we put forward countermeasures and recommendations for construction of family farms on promoting orderly farmland circulation, strengthening financial support, improving professional quality, supplying social security, increasing public investment, and attaching importance to standardized operation.
