Cassava Community Seed Multiplication Innovation: A Miracle Bullet for Food Security, Income Generation and Job Creation

Abstract

A new study has found that community-based Cassava seed multiplication innovation has resulted into 875% return on investments, created jobs, and improved incomes and household welfare significantly. This level of returns, if adequately harnessed, can be a game changer for smallholder farmers throughout Africa.
