Abstract

Climate change, sustainability and resilience have become an integral part of any conversation on finance and development. According to the United Nations Environment Program (2022), Africa contributes only 2-3% of global emissions but remains the most vulnerable region to climate change due to its socioeconomic dynamics and level of development.
