Abstract

The debated issue is a very useful one taking into account the significant efforts for the implementation of the management system of quality, an essential condition for the fulfillment of the mission, goal and objectives of each and every university. The paper may, thus, stand for a starting point in obtaining the necessary information for the design of a future policy and development strategy of the university.
