Endowment: New Step And New Opportunities For Russian Education

Abstract

Application of endowment, or, also called,  resource capital is rapidly spreading new practice in Russia. The author of this article considers the projects of Saint-Petersburg European University to use this source of financing, like foreign educational institutions do, but in the context of Russian reality.
