Abstract

The article analyses existing Russian law that regulates basic management frameworks and structures that are used in Russian educational institutions. Authors ran a comparative analysis of management frameworks and structures that are offered by Russia law on commercial organizations including companies and state enterprises. A principle model (framework) of managing of an educational institution is presented, major participants, stakeholders and principles of interaction between them are revealed.
