Government Human Resources Policy In Science And It'S Results

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of government human resources policy in science in post-Soviet period. Three periods in evolution of government policy are determined that are different by approaches and measures that government used in order to revive balance in human resources and to attract young researchers. Key factors that make science an attractive professional area are identified.
