The Mckinsey Model In A Three-Stage Estimation Method Of Educational Establishments Strategic Position

Abstract

A method of strategic position estimation of higher schools depending on the attractiveness of educational services in the market and competitiveness in the labor market is proposed. The modified method of Boston consulting group, the analysis method of hierarchies and the McKinsey Model are used. Some factors influencing the attractiveness index and competitiveness are offered. The positioning of higher schools in Jurisprudence major in Irkutsk region according to the McKinsey Matrix is carried out.
