Abstract

The theoretical and methodical basis of rating evaluation of the quality of teaching staff activity in higher institutions is based on arguments in this article. The author suggests the category of pedagogical quality - the rating evaluation of the quality of teacher. There were described methods for rating evaluation of the quality of teaching staff activity in higher institutions. The author shows the presentation methods of the results of rating evaluation of the quality of teaching staff activity, describes the conditions of its realization in activities of higher institutions.
