Benchmarking And Modeling Of The University-Industrial Relationships In Territorial Formations

Abstract

Conceptually a complex of matrix-analytical procedures for benchmarking of the university-industrial relationships in any territorial formation is elaborated and an idea of the creation comparative-search optimum algorithm of the combinatorial type for their modeling is also offered (optimum jointing of the institutional producers and consumers of the knowledge). The Results of using of these procedures, in the type of three matrixes built in the article, can be reflected on the regional online innovation portals.
