Abstract

The authors of the present article take Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service as an example to determine strengths and weaknesses of higher educational institution staff administration. The problems of optimization of university management and staff administration as a leading subsystem of university management are described. The practical application of various methods of dynamically developing University staff evaluation is analyzed. Modern technologies of appraisal are studied, successfully proven in different spheres, including business environment (professional competitions, evaluation in the process of personnel reserve formation, assessment) and planned to be used in the near term.
