The Assessment Of Education Quality In Higher Education Institution: Systematic Approach And Contradictions

Abstract

The system of education quality assessment in higher education institution is aimed at: the results of general and professional training, the results over exceeding normative demands; the possibilities of the graduates to meet the demands of the market economy. These indicators are inter supplemented. The hierarchy of aims, students? motivation to professional activity are included in the system of quality management. The quality of resource study basis reveals the contradictions of the system: the need in centralized management and stimulation of creative initiative. The system of quality control may be differently seen from the side of the students and from the side of administrative apparatus; its separate components can be supplementary, but not duplicate one another.
