Monitoring Of Forming Competencies As The Main Tool To Manage University Educational Process

Abstract

Modern concept of result-oriented education requires that purposes of education have to be represented as the projection of qualifications, specified by the labor market. This approach makes the creation of complex system for controlling education results, expressed in terms of professional competencies, the most relevant and challenging problem. The present article covers the details of theoretical questions of this system organization and its practical implementation at Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service.
