The Role Of Innovative Educational Centres In Forming Innovative Regional Infrastructure (On The Example Of The Republic Of Komi)

Abstract

Enhancement of competitiveness of Russian economy due to the application of innovations must lean on the creation and development of innovative infrastructure. The analysis of demand and supply on the market of innovative infrastructural services in the Republic of Komi testifies to the presence of dissatisfied requirement in the latter. The most keen is the question about the deficiency of technological consulting and transfer of commercialization of technologies. Deficiency of competence on innovations management, necessity in accompaniment of management process of innovative projects triggers the creation of innovative educational centre. An innovative educational centre as an element of infrastructure to support the innovative activity in the region can enhance the innovative activity of not only educational establishments but also other subjects of innovative activity.
