Budgetary Risks Of Financing Of High School

Abstract

IN ARTICLE THE FRAGMENT OF SYSTEM OF BUDGETARY RISKS OF HIGH SCHOOL IS CONSIDERED IN VIEW OF READINESS OF FINANCING OF HIGHER EDUCATION FOR STABLE REDUCTION OF "A HALF-DECAY PERIOD OF KNOWLEDGE". RISKS OF REDUCTION IN FINANCIAL EFFICIENCY ECONOMIC AND THE JURIDICAL EDUCATION ARE DETERMINED; LOSSES OF TRADITIONS; DEMOGRAPHIC RECESSION; INNOVATIONS IN MANAGEMENT; CORRUPTION; THE SIZE OF EDUCATIONAL STRUCTURE; GEOGRAPHY OF THE FINANCE OF THE HIGH SCHOOL. IT IS JUDGED, THAT ACCELERATION OF PROCESS OF HALF-DECAY OF KNOWLEDGE WILL NOT ALLOW PRESERVING SYSTEM OF DEVELOPED RISKS IN THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE, AND WILL CONSTANTLY PUSH HIGH SCHOOLS TO TRANSFORMATIONS.
