The method of forecasting inventive activity in universities

Abstract

Authors offer a universal method of forecasting inventive activity for any university by the formula for calculation of the planned volume of statements on patents is offered. The formula is based on the statistical data of inventors activity. The formula also allows to reveal departments of a technical profile with low activity in inventive area. It will allow to direct efforts of patent services for increase inventive activity of the faculty of these departments.
