Rectors career: what is it?

Abstract

The article considers monitoring of staff and professional rectors career achieved by the project  Scientifical and methodical support of the University Management based on monitoring of activity and study of supervisor staff efficiency in high-educational establishments (Mb state registration 01200603693), realized by the Penza State University of Architecture and Construction. During the period (from August 2006 till June 2008) 100 % selection of the Heads of high educational establishments in Russia has been analysed. The author of the article keeps on studying supervision staff activity of the University.
