Abstract

Methods of self-inspection of realised educational programs used by high schools as a whole do not allow to estimate real quality of educational services and their competitiveness that is shown in low trust to results of an estimation of high schools from outside consumers - trained and employers. It leads to necessity of realisation of process and system approaches for activity on self-inspection of educational programs. In article new approaches to an estimation of educational services in sphere of higher education on the basis of principles TQM that will allow high school to show the declared quality in long-term prospect are offered.
