Formation Of The General Approach To Management Of Scientifically-Innovative Activity In Quality Management System Of High School

Abstract

Scientifically-innovative sphere - a vital part of activity of high school without which development it is impossible to raise its competitiveness at the present stage of development of system of higher education. For its maintenance it is necessary, that scientifically-innovative activity (SIA) was carried out consistently and on a constant basis which is provided at the expense of creation of an effective control system. In the given work the general approach to management of scientifically-innovative activity in QMS high school which was offered for considering from two positions has been offered: as a component of the processes characterizing basic kind of activity of high school, and as the independent kind of activity connected with performance of innovative projects.
