Influence of universities on innovative activities in the region: experience of the Republic of Komi

Abstract

At present in Russia, has begun an active process of leading universities into innovative infrastructures of the region of the Russian Federation, into innovative technological clusters. It is stipulated by the striving of the universities to increase their strategic stability and not to be left  on the periphery of the updated economy. Successful inserting depends on the fact what forms and methods of stimulation of innovative activity in the region as a result of the activity of the universities will be more effective
