Abstract

In article results of representative research of satisfaction of employers by quality of graduates of high schools in a hi-tech segment of the market of professional work of the Russian Federation are resulted. The system of monitoring of satisfaction of the employers, including four elements is described: satisfaction by personal development of graduates, their professional readiness, generated by readiness and competent development.
