Abstract

In article the factors predetermining possibility of an objective estimation of dissertational work and the competitor of a scientific degree at different levels are considered: on the basis of studying by the reviewer of the author's abstract of the dissertation, on the basis of an estimation of the author's abstract and in the course of work protection on dissertational council, on the basis of studying of attestative business of the competitor in advisory council of the Higher attestation commission
