Quality evaluation of advanced training of scientists on the base of intercollegiate cooperation

Abstract

The problem of improvement of postgraduate vocational preparation quality to activity on a joint of sciences is considered. Interuniversity cooperation, as the mechanism of purposeful transformation of the educational environment, provides new resource opportunities and additional conditions of improvement of the scientific staff's education quality. The presented criterion model of the scientific staff's postgraduate education includes complex criteria and indicators of quality of components of scientifically-educational process, resource maintenance and results of postgraduate students education. The offered complex system of an estimation of postgraduate preparations quality can be used for carrying out of a self-estimation and the comparative analysis of efficiency of activity of postgraduate studies.
