Qualitative training of young scientists - the basis of university's competitiveness

Abstract

The function and system of methodological training of postgraduate students and doctoral candidates are suggested for Russian universities in order to creation of irreproachable dissertations. The plan and content of such methodological seminar are developed. Testing of this developed seminar in TPU has shown the importance and utility of gained knowledge for quality of creation and defence of dissertation. System of operation in this direction allows to improve the quality of training of young scientists and provides for the increase of university's competitiveness.
