The estimation of quality of the scientific shots preparation to innovative activity on the basis of the process approach

Abstract

The technique of estimation of quality of the preparation of young scientists to innovative activities on the basis of the process approach and competential model of the post-graduate students are considered. The complex criterion breaks into three groups corresponding to the basic processes of preparation of postgraduate students The basic processes of preparation of post-graduate students breaks into subprocesses. Indicators of quality of each subprocess, characterizing entrance and target parameters of each of them according to the general process model, are entered. Quality of result of preparation of post-graduate students to innovative activity is estimated by level generate of the declared competencies and degree of satisfaction of employers.
