Tells about the question of the need to define media policies of universities. It is suggested that the university electronic media as a key means of educational work among students and academics. An account of the specific projects of electronic media university in Perm. Suggests specific ways to increase the efficiency of the electronic media. The necessity of establishing regional centers of university of electronic media
