Models of network interaction in higher education institutions when training post graduate students

Abstract

Models of network interaction between higher education institutions and Russian Academies of Sciences institutes are analysed for the purpose of educational programs in preparation of post-graduate (MSc and PhD) students. It is offered to create network programs on the basis of Scientific and Educational Centres (SEC) of National Research Universities via integrating scientific, educational, business, and inter-university cooperations. Examples of such of network educational programs on the basis of SEC in Perm National Research Polytechnic University are presented in this paper
