University strategic decision-making support models

Abstract

The article observes models supporting strategic decision making in a university. These models are based on the balanced scorecard elements interrelationship formalization. The method for the solution of the formalization problem is introduced which involves multiple performance indicators. Given in the article has several advantages over methods suggested before. The method is illustrated with example.
