Die Entwicklung der Unternehmensethik - Retrospektive und prospektive Betrachungen aus Sicht der Ordonomik

Abstract

Dieser Beitrag rekonstruiert, wie im deutschen Sprachraum während der letzten 20 Jahre ein ganz bestimmter Ansatz zur Unternehmensethik entwickelt wurde. Rückblickend wird nachgezeichnet, (1) wie diese Unternehmensethik aus einer Wirtschaftsethik heraus entstanden ist, die als ökonomische Theorie der Moral konzeptualisiert wurde und (2) wie sie auf dieser Basis allmählich zu einer eigenständigen Subdisziplin ausgearbeitet worden ist. Vorausschauend wird überlegt, (3) wie sich diese Unternehmensethik im Rahmen des ordonomischen Forschungsprogramms zu einer allgemeinen Organisations- und Prozess-Ethik weiterentwickeln lässt.
