Das Economic Lot Scheduling Problem: Überblick und LP-basiertes Verfahren

Abstract

Zur Lösung des Economic Lot Scheduling Problems (ELSP) finden sich in der Literatur drei Ansätze mit unterschiedlich einschränkenden Annahmen: - Ansatz des gemeinsamen Produktzyklus (Common-Cycle-Approach) - Ansatz der gemeinsamen Basisperiode (Basic-Period-Approach) - Ansatz der variierenden Losgrößen. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird im Anschluß an die Beschreibung der drei Ansätze das ELSP als lineares, gemischt-binäres Modell formuliert. Mit diesem Modell lassen sich alle drei Ansätze mit und ohne Kombination einer 2x -Politik abbilden und für kleine Instanzen lösen. Grundlage hierfür ist eine Lagerungskostenapproximation mit einem maximalen Fehler von 0,3% sowie eine fakultative Zuweisung der Produktauflagen zu Positionen, um die Anzahl der Variablen und Nebenbedingungen zu reduzieren. Bei größeren Instanzen werden der Lösung der eigentlichen Modellformulierung zwei Verfahrensschritte vorgeschaltet, die Auflagehäufigkeiten und Reihenfolge aufeinander abstimmen, so daß mit diesem Input nur noch die Bestimmung der kontinuierlichen Losgrößen sowie eine Gesamtzykluslängenanpassung zu erfolgen hat.
