Distributed Decision Making in der OP-Planung im Krankenhaus

Abstract

In dieser Arbeit handelt es um die OP-Planung im Krankenhausmanagement. Mithilfe der Theorie des Distributed-Decision-Makings wird der OP-Planungsprozess beziehungsweise der Kommunikationsprozess zwischen relevanten Parteien bei der OP-Planung mit dem Ziel einer möglichst effizienten Ressourcenverteilung optimiert, dadurch Kosten eventuell reduziert werden können, ohne Qualität und Leitungen zu beeinträchtigen. Entsprechende mathematische Modelle werden erstellt und theoretische optimale Ergebnisse am Ende dargestellt, dazu werden Vor- und Nachteile ebenfalls gefasst.
