Abstract

Dans l'analyse financière et économique intégrée, il est nécessaire de choisir un numéraire dans lequel tous les coûts et avantages sont exprimés. La pratique la plus courante a été d’exprimer tous les coûts et avantages en monnaie nationale au niveau des prix intérieurs. C’est la règle naturelle à suivre pour la construction du tableau de financement d’un projet qui inclut toutes les recettes financières et toutes les recettes. les dépenses dans chaque période pendant toute la durée du projet, il est toutefois nécessaire d'ajuster la valeur des transactions dans le flux financier dans le flux financier qui concerne des biens échangeables au niveau international en raison des distorsions associées aux transactions de ces biens et affecter le marché des changes. Ce chapitre identifie les principales caractéristiques distinctes entre les biens échangeables et les biens non échangeables et fournit une méthode pour ajuster la valeur financière des biens échangeables afin qu’elle reflète leur valeur économique.
