Impact de l’émotion sur la performance managériale. Etude de cas de management en France
AbstractThere is little evidence in the literature of research concerning management methods using emotions, to support human capital considered as a competitive advantage. The objective of this work is to establish a link between the impact of emotions on the physical and mental behavior, and an emotional kind of management performance. A conceptual model derived from previous tested research is proposed, was used to apply the results take from the actual case study methodology. The research highlights certain managerial lines, which proposes to assure sustainable employee performance.
