Abstract

"The results of this brief report indicate that in West Germany, job and employment durations of younger workers have decreased since the late 1970s. The decrease is particularly pronounced for low-skilled workers. This development corresponds with an increase of the rate of temporary working contracts." (Author's abstract, IAB-Doku) ((en))
