Performance D'Une Alliance Stratégique Aux Achats Dans La Grande Distribution Omnicanale : Une Question De Légitimation Organisationnelle

Abstract

Le phénomène des alliances aux achats dans la grande distribution s'amplifie dans le contexte actuel de la révolution commerciale omnicanale. Alors qu'elles permettent aux enseignes concurrentes de s'associer pour négocier en commun de meilleures conditions d'achats, elles se caractérisent par leur instabilité : les synergies espérées ne sont pas atteintes et les alliances sont dissoutes. Notre recherche, qui est l'étude de cas d'une de ces alliances, est en cours et vise à comprendre le lien entre la performance et la légitimité de ce type de partenariat interorganisationnel.
