Abstract

Le cadre usuel de la réflexion sur la responsabilité de l'entreprise est désormais celui de l'approche par les parties-prenantes. Ce cadre semble pourtant assez mal approprié à la prise en compte de l'environnement tant celui-ci pose des problèmes spécifiques. L'objet de cet article est d'examiner la capacité de ce cadre à prendre en compte sérieusement la nature. Nous procédons à cet examen à partir de deux interprétations différentes de l'approche par les parties-prenantes: une optique purement gestionnaire et une optique éthique se référant à l'éthique de la discussion.
