Abstract

Le présent article traite l'influence des compétences collectives sur la cohésion en entreprise, en introduisant les enjeux actuels. En effet, dans un monde marqué par la volatilité, la complexité, l'ambiguïté et l'incertitude, les entreprises accordent une vive importance aux compétences collectives relevant du savoir-être, appelées aussi sous le terme de softskills C'est un sujet qui présente un intérêt croissant dans la mesure où les défis actuels demandent à avoir des compétences nouvelles. Le collectif qui se traduit par des attributs en terme d'intelligence collective semble impacter le groupe et la cohésion globale. À partir d'une étude qualitative menée auprès des entreprises inscrites dans une démarche responsable, ce papier vise à montrer la manière dont l'entreprise voit les nouvelles compétences clés à développer, afin de relever les nombreux défis de la civilisation. Cette recherche a nécessité la mobilisation d'un état de l'art centré sur les compétences collectives et la cohésion d'équipe. L'étude ainsi menée, semble nous montrer que ces nouvelles compétences relèvent beaucoup de l'agilité et ses principes professés dont l'adaptabilité et elles sont nécessaires pour conduire la transformation des domaines d'activité de l'entreprise inscrite dans la durée. Ce papier présente les compétences relationnelles et comportementales les plus convoitées, afin de travailler en équipe et autour d'un objectif commun.
